What is Standard Delivery?

Standard delivery will be forwarded by recorded Royal Mail second class post to the customer and will take from 2-5 working days to arrive with the customer. Standard delivery only applies to customer in England, Scotland and Wales. Envy Store will not insure any product using this delivery method. A signature will be required by the customer on receipt of the product using this method of postage. Envy Store will ensure that the certificate of posting is kept for each product sent for a period of 21 days after posting. If the package has not been received by the customer by the seventh day then the customer should contact Envy Store to request a proof of postage of the product. This should be no later than 21 days from the point of order.

The exception to the above applies only to R.C Toys. Please see the relevant section below.

What is Recorded First Class?

Recorded First Class will enable the customer to confirm that the item has been delivered. Recorded First Class delivery only applies to customers in England, Scotland and Wales. The item once delivered will need to be signed for. Please note that this is not a fully tracked service. Recorded signed for provides you with confirmation of delivery only. We aim to delivery your first class recorded item within 48 hours of the order being processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK and most countries in Europe (see below), as well as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey & United Arab Emirates

Rest of Europe - We deliver to the following European countries:

Austria, Azores, Bulgaria, Belgium, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Madeira, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spitsbergen, Sweden.

How much does delivery cost?

For UK deliveries we offer a free standard delivery service. You will receive your items within 5 days of placing an order. If you would like an alternative delivery option then please select the alternative delivery options at checkout or contact Envy. 

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. This can be another residential address.

R.C. Toys Terms and Conditions of delivery

R.C Toys are special order products. All special order products are non refundable once an order has been placed. We reserve the right if the item is not in stock to deliver the item within fourteen days of the order date. If the item is not in stock we will inform you by email within 24 hours. If the product is not in stock after fourteen days from the date of the order then you will be given the option of either having a full refund, waiting for your goods to be in stock or selecting an alternative stock item if you so wish. If the item is in stock then please refer to the section below with regards to our normal delivery periods for these products.

How much does it cost to deliver R.C Toys?

Fast Despatch & Delivery

1) FAST UK DELIVERY FOR ALL MODELS 

Items are sent using first class recorded post or a 24 hour courier. Please note models ordered on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday. In some rare cases Royal Mail or couriers can be delayed by a day or so but we have found that well over 95% of deliveries will arrive on time.

Delivery for models in mainland UK is £5. For part orders and export orders you will need to contact Envy for delivery charges.

Please note that during busy periods (like Christmas), and around bank holidays, some items may take a day or so longer.

2) WORLDWIDE DELIVERY. 

All items for delivery outside the U.K. are sent by Airmail / courier services and are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. Charges and delivery times vary according to destination. Please contact Envy Store for delivery prices
